DESCRIPTION:This two-hour workshop brings together key stakeholders from Accommodation & Food Services companies\, education and training providers\, and our Business Services team to engage in a direct and productive conversation about current and future workforce needs for the sector.We will collaboratively identify the critical Occupations\, Knowledge\, Skills\, and Abilities (KSAs) required for success in the current and future regional sector's landscape. Through focused discussions and interactive exercises\, we will explore collaborative solutions to address existing workforce gaps and develop strategies to ensure a skilled and adaptable workforce for the future. Participants will gain valuable insights into industry trends\, share best practices\, and contribute to the development of actionable plans to strengthen the sector's workforce pipeline.
